New York
Please describe, with two or three sentences, why you are interested in woodlot ecology and management. Your answer helps us ensure that only those people truly interested in woodlots are added as members.
I am interested in restoring landscapes to a more native ecology by removal of invasive species and planting of native plant species. My aim is to improve ecological function allowing more diverse floras and faunas to thrive in the local landscape. This goal serves my own want to enjoys natures bounty and beauty while preserving and restoring biodiversity.
