DESCRIPTION:Join Cornell Maple Specialists, Aaron Wightman, and Dr. Ca
 therine Belisle for an informative morning on all things maple.  The 
 day will begin with a tour of the brand-new Arnot maple laboratory and
  sugarhouse. This facility, constructed with funds from NY State and t
 he Appalachian Regional Commission, will be used to demonstrate best p
 ractices for syrup production, conduct cutting-edge research, and deve
 lop new maple products. The second half of the morning will feature wo
 rkshops on best practices for maximizing sap yield and improving syrup
  quality, followed by a confections workshop and an introduction to ne
